Meditation – NEW!
An Introduction to Meditation:
1 April 2017. This is a 3.5 hour course.
What’s it all about?
An Introduction to Meditation is a 3.5 hour session designed to give a broad and practical overview of meditation. It is aimed at demystifying meditation and making it accessible and enjoyable. It will give you the basics to get started plus a flavour for what the longer, experiential Course in Meditation involves.
The session will include presentation, discussion and some simple practices. It will be straight-talking, good humoured, practical and down to earth.
There is also LOTS OF BONUS STUFF!
Who is it for?
This is for anyone with an interest in meditation, including those who are:
If you have never meditated before this session will give you the tools to get started.
If you used to meditate and then stopped or haven’t practiced for ages, this session can help rekindle your practice.
USING GUIDED MEDITATIONS
Do you only meditate along with You Tube videos or phone Apps? This session can expand your approach, encourage you to be more self-sufficient, and deepen your experience.
