After a tough, demanding day treat yourself to an hour of ‘Me-Time’ where you can let go of the stresses of the day and transition calmly into your evening. Classes will include gentle yoga postures, breath awareness, guided meditations and a sweet relaxation at the end of every class, so you feel refreshed, renewed and ready for the week ahead.

Are you new to yoga? Recovering from injury? Limited  in movement? Just want a more gentle class? THIS IS FOR YOU!

The emphasis of this class is on stress reduction, gentle yoga postures and relaxation. It is suitable for anyone: beginners, older bodies, people with injuries or limiting health issues, or anyone who just needs to switch off and feel like themselves again. If you already have a regular yoga practice and feel physically or emotionally depleted, then this class is the perfect tonic to restore you to your best.

With regular attendance at this class you will:

Please wear loose, comfortable clothes. Bring a yoga mat if you have one (there are spare mats available) and blanket for the relaxation at the end of class.

Gentle Yoga classes are every Monday 5.45pm-6.45pm. Cost is £5.
