Here you’ll find information about my classes, workshops and events in Wolverhampton and the Black Country.
I teach Anusara-Inspired™ yoga, a style that challenges as well as relaxes, cultivates physical strength and inner-connection, and develops flexibility of body and mind. I also teach meditation and run regular Tantrik yoga philosophy discussions.
My yoga classes are run on both a Pay-in-Advance or a Pay-As-You-Go drop-in basis. Beginners and all levels are welcome.
